School Synergy at De La Salle

At De La Salle School we use School Synergy to help manage and communicate many aspects of school life. It provides parents and carers with a convenient way to access important information about their child and stay connected with the school.

What can parents and carers access?

School Synergy provides a range of information in both summary and detailed form, including:

• Behaviour and Praise – view information relating to positive recognition and behaviour.
• Attendance – access attendance information, including daily breakdowns.
• Student Timetable – view your child's timetable and, where applicable, Attitude to Learning information for individual lessons.
• Assessment Reports – access copies of your child's assessment reports and other linked documents.
• Messages and Communication – school communications are sent directly to your Synergy inbox. Parents and carers can also send messages to school and respond to requests through the app, including uploading supporting files such as absence evidence.
• Homework / Assignments – view homework and assignments that have been set for your child.

Parent and Carer Access

Each parent or carer who requires access to School Synergy should have their own individual login/activation details.

Your Student Code is unique to you and your child and is used to set up access to the Parent Portal and Parent App.

Once you have received your activation details, you can use these to set up and access your account.

School Synergy for Students

We also encourage all students to download the Student version of the School Synergy App.

Students should log on to Synergy using their School Microsoft Account (please click on the Microsoft logo next to the login button). All students will need to enable Multifactor Authentication to be able to log in this way. Guidance available here.

This provides students with easy access to their Synergy account, including their timetable, school information and homework/assignments.
